Plums that will be stewed for my breakfast. There are apples on my new apple trees
We have an abundance of tomatoes ripening on the vines, zucchinis and cucumbers forming too. I trimmed the strawberry leaves and runners and discovered ONE strawberry, hiding, there just ready for me.. only ONE, but that one strawberry tipped the scales back to Inglewood. And that is not even mentioning the gardenias that perfume my garden at the moment. We have a unique home here.. and even though I know we could do it all again..
we are still going to see the lovely little house down the road to see if it still tempts me... but today, for this moment, I am staying here at Inglewood.. sometimes I feel as if I am on a rollercoaster

Inglewood, ah I love the name you know... fairy tale wishes, a home out of time, a famous spot out of Anne's world... if I had an Inglewood it would be hard to leave it...
I know how you feel we are talking about our tree change and sometimes its thoughts and conversations that go round in circles without much resolve... to stay or to move? looking forward to seeing how you resolve this!! tricky one!
robyn i think that roller coater ride is something we all have, but for diffeent things and different reasons~i guess it is part of the cycle and we go with its ebb and flow, sometimes teetering on the edge and not kowing which way to follow that flow...
Hang on tight and enjoy the ride!
Sounds to me as if you know where your heart really is - and why go to all that effort if you don't have to?
Your seasons are definitely different from ours - judging by the fruit you are harvesting, you are in what we would call autumn rather than summer. I read somewhere that there are actually more like eight seasons in Australia.
While I am dealing with two feet of snow, I come here and read about summer in your world....and for just a minute, I am given a warm break.
I'm continually amazed at how different the same world can be depending on where you sit at the table!
Hugs to you this day!
I hope you don't move because I love visiting you here xoxoxo
..."that one strawberry tipped the scales back to Inglewood". This is delightful Robyn - it says so much about you. You know that song "strawberries, cherries and an angel's kiss in Spring"? I'm sure these things surround you and will keep you happy wherever you are, but particularly Inglewood.
ahhh but what a ride!
I love your little garden!
It sings to my heart every time you put photo's here!
