an invitation to do some healing of our Mother...

I have been getting together a band of merry Earth Healers.. to start something that I believe we must do... a world wide circle of Earth Healers.. those of us who feel a very strong urge to do something to help Mother Earth...

the Solstice, according to my moon diary, is a wonderful time to do earthworks and a fruitful time for team work.. so it sounds like a perfect time to do some healing. My Book of Shadows says that the Solstice is a time to create magick for a peaceful planet

If you can spare some time on the Solstice this weekend, sit with Mother Earth and send some healing.. Create a small ritual to send healing along the Ley Lines, along the Song lines of Earth... light a candle and focus, some of us will use crystals, some seeds & flowers, some will drum, some will chant, some will sing and some will heal in silence, sit with your hands on the Earth.....whatever way you feel will help.. follow your intuition with this because there is no wrong way - it is the intention of healing that is important. close your eyes and see each of us, doing the same thing - our thoughts will connect and our healing will become stronger. if each of us do this, our energies of healing will link across the globe... crisscrossing like a crystalline grid..

this will become a monthly ritual that each of us do, at Full Moon... Sr. Kathryn has offered to make a small clay disc that she will send to be used somehow in the monthly ritual... it is all still in the planning stages but I hope to have it up and running by next Full Moon. email me if you would like to join in.. it is simple.. the only 'rule' is that it is done at Full Moon.. and of course, it is evolving.. so any ideas are more than welcome..
You can post about it on your blog of course.. that way the word will spread.. just imagine what we can do collectively !!

From Alanna Moore: "we can channel thoughts of peace from our homes for global healing, using the power of unconditional love in meditation to create a contagious mental harmony. "fountain groups" world wide use this healing principle to send their thought seed transmissions through the Earth energy network."

Hello there!

I just wandered over here from Moonroot's blog (I think - I tend to wander a bit....).

What a lovely *space* you have here...hedgewitchery and vintage everything? A kindred soul, you are...:)

I would like to join in with your Earth healing ritual...funny - I've been mulling over what to *do* this solstice....

I shall post about it later...

All of creation is inviting us to join them in creating the connections with the planet. They naturally do this and wonder why it is that we are so disconnected from the Grace-flow of Mother Earth. When all things vibrate at the same frequency there is co-hearance :) and oneness is achieved. This is an important time for the planet to achieve Oneness. A great Change is upon us!

It is only natural that women would do this. We are already hardwired through our bodies to communicate with Gaia. I will be spinning my focus of prayers and blessing as I sit a my potter's wheel making the Solstice luminaria to take us through until the Winter Solstice in North America, where I will make another batch. We carry the Light of this ever unfolding Change.

Count me in... having just got back from a corner of the globe that has been spoiled and polluted by oil production I feel mother earth's need very strongly. Question... full moon yes, but are we synchronising? any particular time of day or night... though that might be difficult as some of us are time zones apart! xx

Me too. Please count me in. Both for this solstice healing and the circle your are planning to do as well.

I love the idea of doing what our own intuition calls us to do. That works better than everybody do some specific task at say 9:00 on a certain night. I usually forget. So you way vibrates with me. And I have been thinking of what to do this solstice anyway - now I know!
Thank you for this post. I think you've started something special!

I was thinking of place I would like to be when the summer solstice comes upon the earth once again.
I usual make a pie. But I'm thinking of something simple and nice.

Coffee is on.

Dear Robyn, I've been a bad blog pal of late, commenting little, but I took time today to catch up and read your last few posts. I loved them. I thought of Daisy Lupin too this month, it seems to be a month of sadness, as it holds sad memories for me in a few ways.
Anything we can do to make this planet healthier and more peaceful is wonderful.
Enjoy your solstice, I will be thinking of you..
hugs

Sending blessings to the Earth - what a beautiful idea, Robyn! I just read about Gemma's solstice ritual a minute ago, and now as the sun is finally setting on this longest day of the year here, I think I will leave the computer and go add whatever energy I can....
Blessings to you~XOXO
