I have two old flannelette pillow cases... what is it about them that is so comforting? the worn, soft pillow case against my face today as I napped in the sun in my sacred space...
[today, I had lunch with Avis and Bill & in return, I took a bowl of eggs from my chickens.. Avis was making zucchini fritters for their dinner and the eggs were put to good use]I wrap my Avalon Wisdom oracle cards in an old hanky that was my Pa's. an old white hanky with 'P' embroidered in one corner. P for Percival. I wonder if that came from an Arthurian connection. I like to believe it did.
[the swedes have come up very well in my autumn vegie garden.. I hope we have enough cool weather to make them sweet for winter soups]and I bless my drinking water ever day and place it on my altar.... because I read this recently:
Storing your water in and drinking from blue glass, restructures the water.
Sing into the water. Place it into a crystal bowl each morning and sound the bowl. Bless it. Put notes of intention beneath it. Speak your prayers to it.
And then drink it…..and feel it nourish and nurture you. That is the greatest blessing
so there is a little mix of my day today.

I have never heard that about the water but I do believe I shall be on the lookout know for a blue decanter and drinking glass, it's such a lovely sentiment. Your eaggs look just wonderful and I am sure your friends were most grateful!
How weird, I always have blue glass of water by my bed and I don't like to drink out of any other glass during the night.
And I've been sitting in a sheltered spot in my garden reading with Trix at my feet.

I find it continually fascinating that you and I are only a click of the mouse away from each other, yet you are looking at the beginning of cool and wonderful Autumn and tis just the start of Spring here. How amazing is our world...and the times in which we live.
Sounds like a lovely peaceful day - I planned that this week but haven't managed to achieve it once. Just one of those weeks I think.

I caught up with your previous post and acknowledged how busy you will be, so was delighted to find you'd posted again. Always something interesting here Robyn and I will follow your advice -timely, as I am in the process of purchasing a water purifyer because our water here in South Australia is not of good quality and full of chemicals. Your information should make it more palatable and special.Water is such a precious resource.Happy weekend ahead to you.xx
I hadn't heard that about the water either....I'll be looking for a blue glass jug/glass too.
