I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot. I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint. Thank God for a speedy transition. Now the Grief work goes on. Everyone involved should rest and be especially gentle with themselves and the world around them. When the energy from someone we love is withdrawn, there is an adjustment. Many blessings to you, dear one and your family. Sr.K

oh Robyn I"m so sorry. Thinking about you all here...having lost my grandmother to cancer a few years ago I can relate to how you're feeling.
