Harry Potter ?

Just call me 'arry - well, that is who I feel like today, because I am off to witch's school. The next step of my journey~ I am pretty darn excited. I have been searching for something like this for awhile now and I just found out about it two weeks ago... just after Daisy's death ~ *When the Student is Ready, the Teacher will appear*.... it is only about half an hours drive from my home ~ fortnightly on a Saturday for two hours... perfect! that way I can still potter in my garden on Saturday afternoons. Of course there is so much to do in the garden at the moment. It has been raining here for weeks, we have had 14 ins of rain in 2 weeks, can you believe it? 'droughts and flooding rain', for sure. The ground is sodden, my garlic needs to go in, the roses need to be pruned and I need to harvest my lavender - but of course it will get done in due course. The wind whipped up over night and if it continues, then I won't be doing gardening again this weekend - the wind is coming off snow - freezing. So instead, the fire will be lit and I will be reading....and today is the full moon ~ the blue moon to be exact..according to my moon diary, a day to eat food that is rich in fibre and low in salt and also a good day to polish timber furniture. Tonight, I am going to take time to spend bathing in the full moon light - and tap into my well of wisdom and inner peace....

SO ~ I have my satchel all packed - pens, paper, magick journal, no wand yet.... the name of my course is *Australian Indigenous Witchcraft, Shamanism and Natural Magick for the Southern Hemisphere. and todays lesson is ~ Introduction to the Elements and Quarters, Meeting and working with Spirit/Centre. I cannot wait to share what I learn!
